Connecting to the GEC Hub

If you would like to obtain a connection to the GEC Hub, please follow the steps below:

Choose the connection type that best suits your needs whether it be Automotive Network Exchange (ANX), Public Internet Virtual Private Network(PI VPN), Value Added Network (VAN) or Public Internet. Be sure to consider the cost and reliability of your desired solution. To view the secured types of connections available at Ford, visit: www.suppcomm.ford.com/us/newtunnelproc.aspx
Complete the connection request form if your desired connection type is ANX or PIVPN

IMPORTANT: To Establish a new ANX or VPN connection to Ford, visit: www.suppcomm.ford.com/us/newtunnelproc.aspx for instructions.

Test your connection with Ford

NOTE: All passwords at Ford Motor Company must be changed annually.

Value Added Network Connections to Ford

In order to obtain your VAN connection to the GEC Hub, you must submit your EDI Connection Request Form to Ford Motor Company.
